We all know that SCO was found on June 2001 whose major objective was to boost mutual struggle and co-operation against global terrorism and shrewd concepts of extremism and separatism. But when USA commenced open demonstration of brutal and canny invasions in South West Asia and Middle East (which I strongly mean Afghanistan and Iraq) after the bolt from blue of 9/11; the notions of extremism and terrorism start getting fostered rapidly in global politics. Thus looking to these circumstances SCO enlarged the radius of its aspiration circle, which ultimately included the targets of mutual co-operation and assistance in social, economical, political and defense sectors along with doing investments and sharing latest and upgraded technology in the field of energy. Recently, USA expressed its desire to sit as an observer in SCO conferences but was bluntly refused by the respective member nations, as there they put this crucial demand that if USA wants to sit on observer’s seat then for this sake it first has to let Central Asian nations to perform their due role in the region by removing its military head-quarters from Uzbekistan and Kyrgyztan.

In the end of the conference it was asserted in the joint communiqué that smuggling of drugs, weapons and capital and anti-solidarity of Afghanistan are beyond doubt great big hurdles in the way of peace and prosperity of the region. In the same conference Iranian President Mr. Mehmood Ahmedi Nijad strongly opposed the installation of US’s missile defense system in Eastern Europe and regard it a great big threat against the security of South West and Central Asian countries and thus it should be rolled back. Adding to this Russian president Vladimir Putin said that in a press briefing that if US continues its missile defense system in Eastern Europe then Russia also have strong option of establishing the very same system in Mexico and Cuba. Hence looking this Russian intention a spokesman of Pentagon tried to clarify that the subjective American missile defense system is entirely to block the possible attacks of Iranian middle range missiles rather than threatening Russian Federation or any other European country as according to him Iranian missiles are very dangerous and treacherous for European lands.

Mr. Dick Chine, the US vice president, in his recent Australian visit said that Chinese military preparations are not corresponding to the claims of their politicians and leaders. He said that US can’t give open leave to Iran and China to make any attempt against its global interests. While strongly supporting US policies in Middle East, Central and South West Asia he said that the option of attacking Iran is not a mere wisecrack, it will be implemented whenever the need sounds. He laid stress on China to co-operate with US in eradicating deadly weapons from Central Asia.

Well, we are now seeing a continual change in the views of Chinese defense and economical experts. In this critical period when the entire world is facing terrible consequences of extremist policies of the powers who are aiming high to dominate international politics, economy and defense system; its quite hard for China to keep itself neutral, it has now come out from its past isolation, today’s China is the country of huge and diligent population having world’s greatest, strongest and modern military and second largest economy. So bearing all these glaring traits it has now turned must for China to play an effective and prominent role in international affairs.

On one side we are viewing that American investors and ambassadors of multinational conglomerates are trying hard to poison China’s ears against Russian Federation by constantly manifesting that Russians are just using him and rest of the member nations of SCO against US. Thus, in the light of these facts China must make itself careful from Russia while implementing its long-term ventures and proceeding global economical policies. On the very other side that righter of the wrongs (US) is asserting RF that they including rest of the Central Asian nations have great danger from the radical and extremist Iranian policies and if Iran succeeds in acquiring nuclear technology then Central Asia will be its first influenced region. Hence in respect of all these aspects it won’t be wrong if we say that the so-occurred 9 days joint defense exercise of SCO members holds great importance regarding regional contemporary political affairs and precious natural resources. As we are all aware that Central Asia is brimful with oil and natural gas storages, according to a careful estimation this region holds about 240 trillion square feet natural gas and 100 billion barrel oil storages, and this is the treasure which has made this terrain an apple of eye of   

not just big powers but also of Japan, India and Brazil. Every acquainted person knows that after being world’s second largest economy; China is the second biggest oil customer right after US. Thus due to this fact Chinese oil traders and industrialists are endeavoring hard in making fresh contracts of oil transportation and supply with oil bearing countries. All those western companies who have made heavy investments in central Asia and Russian Federation for oil transportation are facing chief problem of searching safe and short transit routes, and beyond doubt the major hurdle of their way is war in Afghanistan, region’s campaign of separatism and political difference among some countries.

International oil companies have designed several routes for the establishment of oil and gas pipelines; among them an 1100 Km pipeline moving from Pacific and Black oceans and later crossing Afghanistan and Gawader is a very important one. Hence now this thing has become clear that the major raison d'être behind these devilish colonizing occidentals’ stances is nothing but the acquisition of oil power, that’s the cause why they are struggling hard to impose their political dominance all way around. But you see, SCO and some other Muslim organizations, remonstrating wave in North American masses and hyperness of deprived African nations depicting the gradual retrogression of this temporal lord. I’m confident that soon world will enter from uni-polar to muti-polar phase.
